Lemon verbena is a South American plant that is cultivated in gardens, related to the common verbena. On Ibiza it is grown as a remedy for stomach problems.
Tea from lemon verbena leaves is used as a digestive, against cramps, stomach ache, prostate problems and constipation.
In South America (mainly Peru) the plant is an ingredient of a drink sold under the name Inka Cola.
