Wild asparagus (Asparagus horridus, Liliaceae)

This is the species that the cultivated asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) has originated from. The consumption of asparagus as a vegetable cleans the skin and is efficient against chronic eczemas. Moreover it serves against constipation.
On Ibiza it is said that wild asparagus slows down the aging processes.
